Business English

The Florida English Language Institute intensive Workplace English Program is designed for executives, managers, and other professionals in the business world who want to improve their professional English communication skills, particularly in business vocabulary, writing, and group dynamics. Participants will develop their English language skills based on a needs analysis to assess the individual’s strengths and specific English language skills. The emphasis of the course is to develop the student’s oral and written communication to create improved work performance and/or advancement possibilities in their profession and workplace.

Florida English Language Institute's Business English teaches and assists industry professionals to help improve English core competencies necessary for a particular employment sector.  Daily interaction from streamlining email correspondence, improving written reports in the commercial, financial, legal, insurance, medical and human resource sectors helps build confidence and improve productivity.  The Business English program also assists individuals in areas such as resume development and review, job interviews, speech preparation, presentation skills and business writing.

A program of study will be specifically designed to meet the needs of your business participants.  Clients and students may choose instruction at the FELI location in Dunedin or English instruction may take place within your business environment for convenience of the student participants.  Florida English Language Institute will meet with interested companies to determine specific requirements and can develop programs for individual group purposes.
